Promo Combo

A combination of the eating plan (below), with the Training program (below) and an adjustment of both after

Eating Plan

An eating plan based on your goals (weight gain, weight loss, increased performance etc). Easy to follow and can be

adjusted with follow up bookings.                                                                                                                                                       $60                                   



Training Program

An training plan based on your fitness or body goals (strength gain, weight loss, hypertrophy etc).

Typically a 3-4 day split and can be adjusted with follow up bookings.

Tailored Diet Design/Eating Plans  

Designing of an eating plan based on your goals and timeframe, along with your input (likes, dislikes, medical issues,

deadlines). This includes two adjustments at week 2 and week 6.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           $160


Tailored Training Program

Developing a training program based on your specific goals, be they weight, health or sporting related. can be designed as

a complete program or one to supplement sport trainings. Can incorperate gym work, home activities, outdoor/road work,

sprints, intervals, and any specific sport needs                                                                                                                                    $80                                   

Diet Analysis

Issue of a diet record and instructions on how to complete this over 2-4 days, followed by a complete analysis of this,

including energy intake and detailed nutrient breakdown. Recommendations will be given, and deficiencies pointed out.               $180

Analysis and Design

Combination of 'Diet Analysis' and 'Diet Design'- a complete analysis of your current diet based on a diet record,

followed by a modified tailored eating plan to reach your goals.                                                                                                         $280



Sports Performance

Combine any of the above with specific advice and techniques relating to your training goals - this includes eating times,   macronutrient intake and timing, and tailoring to sports goals such as weight cutting, bulking, competition prep.                              POA

Follow ups/Adjustments
Boot Camp/Group Fitness

Boot camp training is currently on hold. Typically held at Lawson Park New Lynn, but please contact me for coming sessions.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 6-6.45​am

$35 per week or $15 per session, no contracts, no commitments.
