Using a wide range of experiences, I (Dean Fulton) offer tailored personal eating plans to meet your needs, while trying to remove some of the confusion out of nutrition. I can combine this with specific training plans (be it general fitness, strength and conditioning, or something far more specialised) to ensure you reach your goal.
All appointments and queries are handled by myself; a highly qualified Nutritionist and Personal Trainer (BSci: Human Nutrition; Sport and Exercise Science, Dip Fitness Training). I am currently personally involved in Thai boxing and fight sports, with a previous background in strength and mass gains, weight cutting, and also cycling and multi-sport, so my range of personal experience demonstrates the real life application of my education.
Your tailored plans are completely personalised and use your input to help you best achieve your goals, both short term and long term.
